Terrenos, locales y negocios, en español
Commercial is my forte. For me, commercial and residential are the same work, but commercial is numbers and fewer feelings, and I love it. Land, buildings, and businesses: I help you buy, sell, or lease, on the Treasure Coast and in Costa Rica, with the zoning checked and the numbers clear.
There are many things to check before you buy. Commercial and vacant land, with zoning, road access, and utilities checked before you buy.
Retail plazas, offices, and buildings, for your own business or as an investment.
Costa Rica has an important hotel, restaurant, and hospitality sector. Restaurants, lodges, and hotels, like my Laguna Lodge listing, which combines both.
Businesses for sale, with or without the real estate. Many businesses are sold without a Realtor, and it is always important to have a professional looking at every detail.
I help owners find good tenants, and tenants find the right space. An owner's reach is much smaller than mine when promoting a property, and my resources would cost an owner thousands of dollars.
What will you do with the property: run your business, invest, or lease it out? Your use decides what we look for.
Before you fall in love with a property, we check with the city or county what the zoning allows. If the same business is already running there, there is usually not much problem. If you want to change the type of business, we make sure it is allowed.
When you buy a business, the numbers tell you if it works. We look at the income, the expenses, and the price together. If the numbers are not complete, I tell you.
Attorney, lender, accountant, and inspector: I bring in professionals I trust, then I guide you to closing.
Commercial and an eye for investing are my forte. I know the questions to ask before you buy or sell.
My leadership work keeps me on top of what is going on, so I can advise you the best way possible.
I work in Spanish and English, and I also speak the language of buyers, sellers, lenders, and tenants, and understand how each one sees the deal.
Tell me your dream, and I will guide you step by step, in English or Spanish. If I don't know something, I will find out for you. I'm happy to help you. Just let me know.
